About the Businesses:
El Gaucho Grill is the only Argentine restaurant in Wisconsin. We make authentic and traditional dishes from scratch. We are looking for funds from Fund Milwaukee to be able to buy a food truck to not only boost our sales but to also expand our brand in Milwaukee and use it as a source of marketing and advertising beyond our physical location.

I launched Midwest Sad in July 2023, a heartfelt deli/bakery in Milwaukee where I create nostalgic sweets and snacks that bring joy to our community. My goal is to grow from a kitchen rental to a cozy brick-and-mortar by 2026, supporting local events and collaborations while fostering a sense of belonging. I’m seeking a $35,280 loan with a 5-year term and 5% interest to expand my team and operations, making Milwaukee a little sweeter.
