Fyxation Bicycle Co.

Fyxation Bicycle Co. has been designing their own line of bicycles and accessories in Milwaukee since 2009, and while Fyxation's products are designed in Riverwest the brand can be found in bike shops from San Francisco to Switzerland. The brand was founded by brothers Nick and Ben Ginster, who's passion for riding goes back to the time they rode together as kids. As the company grew, Nick's wife Jessica joined the team full time to run the retail operations. Whether it's the last weld laid down on one of their handmade frames or the anvil striking the final rivet on a piece of their leather-work, passion is infused in each Fyxation product. The articles below showcase some of their latest innovative products and take a peek inside their retail location.

Fyxation Bicycle Company rides branded bikes to growth

Milwaukee's Fyxation Bicycle Company, a small retailer and quasi-manufacturer of bikes, has found a good deal of new business selling branded bicycles to corporate customers.

Mahoney’s Basement

Mark Mahoney wants to change the brewery experience in Milwaukee.  His promise: never make the same beer twice. Visiting a brewery is a lot of fun.  You get to see how the product is made, meet the team responsible for creating the beer, and support a local business.  But when you return to the brewery, it’s the same five boring beers on tap.    Mark’s brewery will showcase small batch, uniquely flavored beers   –   AND PROVIDE YOU WITH NEW CHOICES DURING EVERY RETURN!
Mark wants to locate his brewery on the city’s north west side, specifically the Cooper Park neighborhood.  He has called this area home for the past decade, and has seen a lot of businesses lost. It’s a neighborhood in flux, and he wants to be a part of its bright future.
